CourtFormAI does not choose forms
Users must supply the court PDF they want to complete or choose an available general template. CourtFormAI does not decide which legal form a user should use.
CourtFormAI does not share completed forms with providers
Completed forms are sent to the filer. If a filer later chooses to share a document with an attorney or law firm, that decision happens outside CourtFormAI.
CourtFormAI does not guarantee outcomes
CourtFormAI does not guarantee court acceptance, legal sufficiency, filing success, provider response, provider retention, or legal outcome.
