What the promise covers
CourtFormAI will regenerate or correct a document without charge when a confirmed CourtFormAI software issue placed an approved answer in the wrong mapped field, generated a corrupted or unreadable PDF, materially changed approved answers, or failed delivery because of CourtFormAI.
The promise is limited to objectively reviewable document-preparation failures inside the CourtFormAI workflow.
What the promise does not cover
The promise does not cover court acceptance, legal sufficiency, legal advice, correct form selection, filing deadlines, service requirements, legal strategy, attorney fees, court fees, provider fees, consequential damages, or case outcomes.
Users must review every completed document before signing, filing, serving, mailing, or relying on it.
Integrity records and retention
CourtFormAI should maintain document-integrity records using only non-document audit metadata: source-PDF hash, generated-PDF hash, schema version, interview version, translation-provider version, timestamps, filer review confirmation, delivery event, and deletion event.
The integrity record should not preserve the filer answers, uploaded PDFs, generated PDFs, or document content beyond the applicable retention period.
