CourtForm AI is a form-filling tool, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal guidance, legal representation, or legal recommendations of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes an attorney-client relationship. If you have questions about your legal situation, you must consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
2. What CourtForm AI Does
CourtForm AI helps users fill in recognized blank fields of court PDF forms that they supply, when the PDF structure supports automated completion. We place user-provided answers into form fields or preserve them in an answer packet when direct PDF filling is not available. We do not interpret, validate, rewrite for legal effect, correct legal issues, or assess any answers. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their answers and for any consequences of filing documents.
3. No Form Library
CourtForm AI does not provide, host, or distribute court forms. Users must supply their own PDFs obtained directly from official court sources. We make no representations about the accuracy, currency, or completeness of any forms.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded PDFs, form answers, interview responses, and session data are temporary and are scheduled for deletion within 1 hour of PDF download or session expiration. We do not sell personal information entered during the form-filling process. If a user explicitly opts into provider connection, contact information and request details may be shared for lead routing.
5. Lead Generation (Optional)
After completing a form, users may optionally provide their name and phone number to be connected with independent attorneys, legal-service providers, or court-support providers. This is entirely voluntary. By submitting this information, users consent to being contacted by matched providers. CourtForm AI does not guarantee provider licensing, qualifications, quality, availability, response time, suitability, or the outcome of any provider interaction.
6. Provider Accounts
Providers who register on CourtForm AI agree to: (a) hold any license, registration, bond, certification, or authorization required for the services they advertise; (b) comply with all applicable state bar rules, advertising rules, privacy rules, licensing rules, and consumer protection laws; (c) not misrepresent their qualifications or services; (d) contact leads only via lawful means. CourtForm AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any provider account at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CourtForm AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Filled forms may contain errors. Users should review all completed forms carefully before filing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtForm AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to court filing errors, missed deadlines, adverse legal outcomes, or reliance on any information provided through the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CourtForm AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
