CourtFormAI is a court PDF preparation utility and provider-contact marketplace. It is not a law firm, attorney referral service, legal advice service, or court filing service.

Users remain responsible for choosing the right form, reviewing every answer, meeting deadlines, signing correctly, filing correctly, serving correctly, and deciding whether to get help from a licensed legal professional.

CourtFormAI does not guarantee court acceptance, legal sufficiency, filing success, provider response, provider retention, or legal outcome.

CourtFormAI will correct or regenerate a document without charge when a confirmed software failure placed an approved answer in the wrong mapped field, produced a corrupted or unreadable generated PDF, materially changed the filer-approved answers, or failed delivery because of CourtFormAI.

This promise does not cover court acceptance, legal sufficiency, correct form selection, deadlines, legal strategy, attorney fees, court fees, provider fees, consequential damages, or case outcomes.

Internal integrity records should store only non-document audit metadata such as source-PDF hash, generated-PDF hash, schema version, interview version, translation-provider version, timestamps, review confirmation, delivery event, and deletion event. They should not preserve the user answers or documents beyond the applicable retention period.

CourtFormAI should not publish legal requirements, deadlines, filing instructions, agency details, or AI-generated legal content unless every legal proposition has a verification record tied to a primary official source.

A verification record should include jurisdiction, source URL, authority type, section or page, effective date, last-verified timestamp, reviewer identity, superseded status, and monitoring status.

AI-generated citations are treated as unverified until a qualified reviewer independently confirms the source and proposition. CourtListener may help confirm that a case exists, but it is not a complete substitute for subsequent-treatment research where that matters.

CourtFormAI should use the phrase License Status Verified only when the provider badge is tied to official license-status evidence for that profession and jurisdiction.

For attorneys, the verification record should confirm full name, bar number, licensing jurisdiction, current authorization or standing, public disciplinary status or official disciplinary-record link, verification source, verification date, and next recheck date.

Payment, featured placement, advertising, or subscription status must not create a verification badge. Specialty certification claims must stay separate from general license-status verification.

In marketplace mode, CourtFormAI does not transmit completed PDFs, uploaded documents, answer packets, detailed case facts, or summaries to providers. The filer receives the completed document and decides what to share outside CourtFormAI.

In licensed firm-internal intake mode, a named firm may receive consented intake submissions and completed forms because the user is using that firm-specific portal. That mode is separate from the marketplace provider-routing workflow.

CourtFormAI may receive compensation from participating providers, advertisers, sponsors, subscribers, or firms using licensed intake tools. Compensation does not mean CourtFormAI recommends or endorses a provider.

State-specific commercial and professional-responsibility restrictions may change which marketplace model is available. Unreviewed or restricted jurisdictions should default to conservative models until counsel approves a different configuration.

AI systems can misread forms, generate inaccurate text, miss context, or produce unsupported legal statements. CourtFormAI users and providers must review generated output before signing, filing, submitting, or relying on it.

ABA professional-responsibility materials are referenced as benchmarks for participating lawyers. They are models or ethics opinions, not proof that CourtFormAI is compliant in every jurisdiction.

Users can report document-integrity issues, suspected provider misrepresentation, privacy concerns, or marketplace complaints to steven@courtformai.com or privacy@courtformai.com.

Provider reports should include the provider name, jurisdiction, profile URL if available, the concern, and any public official source showing the issue. CourtFormAI may remove a badge, pause routing, or suspend a listing while reviewing a report.
