Provider independence
Providers are independent businesses and professionals. They are not employees, agents, partners, or supervised representatives of CourtFormAI.
Document transmission rule
CourtFormAI does not transmit legal documents, completed forms, uploaded materials, answer packets, summaries, attachments, or detailed case facts to providers.
Providers must request any documents directly from the filer after contact. The filer decides whether to share documents outside CourtFormAI.
Providers are solely responsible for reviewing all documents, facts, conflict issues, engagement terms, licensing obligations, legal sufficiency, and professional duties before providing any service.
No attorney-client relationship
CourtFormAI does not create attorney-client relationships, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as a legal referral service or attorney recommendation service.
Billing and lead charges
Provider subscribers must maintain a valid payment method before paid routing where paid routing is available. Lead charges apply only where allowed; restricted states use flat sponsorship, directory, subscription, or other approved models.
