The core workflow is simple: upload, answer, review, receive, and decide what to do next.
The filer workflow
A filer uploads a court PDF, selects language support when needed, answers guided questions, reviews the prepared form, accepts required terms, and receives the completed document by email.
The form session is temporary. CourtFormAI schedules document session data for deletion within 1 hour.
The provider workflow
Providers use a separate dashboard to manage profile information, counties served, case types, billing, lead reception, Head Start access, and analytics.
Provider lead routing is separate from completed document delivery.
