CourtFormAI is built around temporary document sessions and private document delivery to the filer only.
B2C document sessions
Uploaded PDFs, answer sessions, generated forms, and document assembly records are scheduled for permanent deletion within 1 hour of document completion or session expiration.
The completed form is emailed only to the filer at the email address the filer provides. CourtFormAI does not send completed forms to providers.
Lead routing information
When a filer consents to provider contact, CourtFormAI may route contact information, county, language, requested service category, and non-document lead information to matching providers.
Provider routing does not include sending the completed PDF or answer packet to providers.
