Infrastructure Usage Credits
Standard White-Label does not include accessory-service software credits. Premium White-Label may receive non-cash software credits equal to 25% of qualifying accessory-service platform activity generated through the branded firm intake portal. Elite White-Label may receive non-cash software credits equal to 35% of qualifying accessory-service platform activity generated through the branded firm intake portal.
Credits are capped at the subscriber’s monthly white-label subscription amount and can reduce a future subscription invoice down to zero. They are not payable in cash, are not transferable, and do not create any ownership interest, joint venture, partnership, agency relationship, referral relationship, or fee-sharing arrangement between CourtForm AI and the subscriber.
No credit is calculated from legal fees, client payments, professional fees, settlement proceeds, referral fees, case outcomes, or fees earned by any attorney, law firm, or legal-services provider. Credits apply only to CourtForm AI software subscription fees.
